The mini’s have tested out Nuby’s fork and spoon starter set.

The soft, textured handles are great for little hands to grip and the bright fun colors make them kid approved.

Mini monster easily uses the set to feed himself. But the deep spoon and curve of the handle does make it a bit difficult to get a full bite of food when feeding younger ones.

Microsoft store preview

Fellow San Antonio bloggers and I got a sneak peek into the new Microsoft store at La Cantera today; a day before the official opening.

I’ll just say that I was pleasantly surprised! I don’t think I’ve ever been in a Microsoft store, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was so much better than I could have imagined!

There are interactive tablet, cell phone and laptop displays on top of the Xbox 360 gaming stations that my minis will never leave when I take them to visit the store.

San Antonio is lucky to have Microsoft in our community! They partner with many different local charitable organizations and donate to and support them!

They even offer the use of their conference space, complete with a 103″ touch screen display screen, free of charge! I’m currently working with them to take my Cub Scout and his pack to use the space and educate the boys about technology and earn a new badge!

Attend the grand opening tomorrow morning starting at 10:30 A.M. to check it out for yourself!

And enter my flash giveaway to win yourself a pair of tickets to the grand opening celebration Kelly Clarkson concert!

Disclosure: I was invited out by Microsoft to get a look inside their new store. All words and opinions are 100% honest and my own. I was not required to write about my experience.
